Not Mont- Blanc-ing this week!

It has been a very frustrating week for people who had planned and -or attempted to climb Mont-Blanc.

The blue sky in the background does not reflect how windy it is up high. These guys had to retreat from the Goûter hut.

This morning Ed motivated the team to get a guide for an extra day, just for the fun of trying some pure rock climbing lines.

You are a natural Mr. Bond!






On their first outing, I decided to get them all leading! James felt in total control!












Mike and Sam had some rock climbing experience.

They realised that it is not easy to learn to trust another belayer.
